Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in first trimester; potential risk of neural tube defects; not recommended for breastfeeding.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to dolutegravir
- Moderate/severe hepatic impairment
- First trimester of pregnancy
