Indication

Dosage (summary)
One tablet once daily for adults and adolescents over 40 kg.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
- Elderly
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding due to potential teratogenicity.

- Dofetilide
- Pilsicainide
- Metformin
- Antacids containing polyvalent cations
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to components
- Moderate and severe hepatic impairment
- Creatinine clearance < 50 ml/min

- Inform about hypersensitivity risks and symptoms.
- Never restart TRELAVUE after hypersensitivity.
