Dosage (summary)
Adults: 5-15 mg/kg once daily (max 900 mg).

- Hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use in pregnancy not established; avoid during lactation.
Key Drug Interactions
- Increased toxicity with phenytoin, carbamazepine, warfarin
- Reduced absorption with antacids
- Increased hepatotoxicity with rifampicin
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to isoniazid
- Alcoholism
- Severe renal failure
- Uncontrolled seizures
