Indication

Dosage (summary)
CLL: Start at 20 mg daily, titrate to 400 mg. AML: Start at 100 mg, increase to 400 mg.

Onset: 6-8 hours, Duration: variable.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding.

- Strong CYP3A inhibitors
- Moderate CYP3A inhibitors
- St. John's wort
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity
- Strong CYP3A inhibitors during titration
- Live vaccines
