Dosage (summary)
Starting dose: 0.25-0.5 mg three times daily; max: 4 mg daily.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not established; may cause congenital malformations; contraindicated in breastfeeding.

- Hypersensitivity to benzodiazepines
- Severe respiratory insufficiency
- Myasthenia gravis
