Indication

Dosage (summary)

240 mg (four 60 mg tablets) orally once daily.

Special Populations

  • Elderly
  • Renal impairment
  • Hepatic impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy; not recommended during breastfeeding.

  • Hypersensitivity to apalutamide
  • Pregnancy
  • History of seizures
