Dosage (summary)

Adults: 100 to 300 mg daily, preferably after food.

Special Populations

  • Elderly
  • Renal impairment
  • Hepatic impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in first and third trimesters; avoid during lactation.

  • Severe hepatic failure
