Dosage (summary)
Initial: 1 tablet of CARBI-LEVO 25/100 three times daily; max: 8 tablets/day.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding.

- Hypersensitivity to components
