    Indication

    Spasticity due to multiple sclerosis and spinal-cord diseases.

    Dosage (summary)

    Adults: Start with 5 mg three times daily, titrate to 30-80 mg daily. Children: Start with 0.3 mg/kg/day.

    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Not established; crosses placenta, avoid in pregnancy and lactation.
