Indication

Dosage (summary)
3-6 mg/kg/day or 100-200 mg/mu00b2/day; administered IV or intrathecally.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated; teratogenic in animals.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to cytarabine
- Drug-induced bone marrow suppression

- Anaemia
- Leucopenia
- Thrombocytopenia
- Nausea
- Vomiting
