Indication

Dosage (summary)
400 mg/m2 IV as a single dose; adjust for renal impairment and elderly.

Contraindications
- Severe hypersensitivity to carboplatin
- Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance u2264 20 ml/min)
- Severe myelosuppression
