Indication
Treatment of metastatic malignant melanoma, metastatic sarcoma, and Hodgkinu2019s disease.
Dosage (summary)
2-4.5 mg/kg/day for 10 days, repeated every 3 weeks.

- Severe liver disease
- Severe kidney disease
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding due to mutagenic and teratogenic risks.
