Indication

Dosage (summary)
1 tablet daily, starting on day 1 of the menstrual cycle, without breaks.
Special Populations
- Adolescents (12+ years)
- Hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Key Drug Interactions
- CYP3A4 inducers (e.g., phenytoin, rifampicin)
- CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., azole antifungals)
Contraindications
- Venous thromboembolic disorder
- Cardiovascular diseases
- Severe hepatic disease
- Liver tumors
- Undiagnosed vaginal bleeding

- Weight changes
- Depressed mood
- Headache
- Nausea
- Breast discomfort

- Take at the same time daily
- Monitor for signs of depression
