Indication

Dosage (summary)
Initial dose 1 mg daily, may increase to 2-4 mg; max 8 mg.

Not established; contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.

- Hypersensitivity to quinazolines
- History of orthostatic hypotension
- Severe urinary tract obstruction
