Adults: 600 mg once daily; Paediatrics: 300 mg/mu00b2 once daily.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
May cause foetal harm; avoid breastfeeding during treatment.

- Hypersensitivity to entrectinib or excipients
