Indication
Mild to moderate pain relief with or without fever.
Dosage (summary)
Adults and children over 12 years: 2 capsules every 4 hours as needed, max 6 capsules/24 hours.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 30 mins, Duration: 4-6 hours for pain, 6-8 hours for fever.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding due to risks of fetal renal dysfunction.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or paracetamol
- Active peptic ulcer
- Severe liver impairment
- Severe renal impairment
