- Avoid co-administration with stavudine, zalcitabine, and ribavirin.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to components
- Low neutrophil counts (< 0.75 x 10^9/L)
- Low hemoglobin levels (< 7.5 g/dL)
- Children under 12 years
