50 mg weekly or 100 mg every 2 weeks for endometriosis; 150 mg every 3 months for contraception.
Special Populations
- Hepatic insufficiency
- Renal insufficiency
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; safe during breastfeeding.

- Aminoglutethimide may depress bioavailability
