Dosage (summary)
50 mg weekly or 100 mg every 2 weeks for endometriosis; 150 mg every 3 months for contraception.
Special Populations
- Hepatic insufficiency
- Renal insufficiency
- Adolescents (12-18 years)
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; use not recommended in breastfeeding until 6 weeks postpartum.
