Indication

Dosage (summary)

400 mg daily (2 x 200 mg tablets) taken twice daily.

Special Populations

  • Elderly
  • Hepatic impairment
  • Renal impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding during treatment.
