Indication
Routine and immediate reversal of neuromuscular blockade induced by rocuronium or vecuronium.
Dosage (summary)
Adults: 4 mg/kg for profound blockade, 2 mg/kg for shallow blockade, 16 mg/kg for immediate reversal at 3 mins.

- Renal impairment
- Elderly patients
- Obese patients
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Safety in pregnancy not established; excretion in breast milk expected.
