Dosage (summary)
Adults: 4 mg/kg for profound blockade, 2 mg/kg for shallow blockade, 16 mg/kg for immediate reversal at 3 mins.

- Hypersensitivity to sugammadex or excipients

- Dysgeusia

- Marked bradycardia
