Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to potential harm.
Key Drug Interactions
- Avoid with tenofovir disoproxil and adefovir
- P-glycoprotein inducers may decrease efficacy
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to tenofovir alafenamide or excipients
- Severe hepatic impairment

- Headache
- Nausea
- Fatigue

- Risk of lactic acidosis
