Dosage (summary)
200 mg daily for multiple myeloma; 400 mg daily for erythema nodosum leprosum.

- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; use effective contraception.

- Increased sedation with CNS depressants
- Caution with drugs causing bradycardia
- Increased risk of peripheral neuropathy with certain drugs
