Dosage (summary)
Adults: 100 mg twice daily, may increase to 150-200 mg twice daily. Max 400 mg/day.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to tramadol or opioids
- Acute intoxication with alcohol or psychotropic medicines
- Epilepsy
- Respiratory depression
- Children under 12 years
