Adults: Initial 3.7 mg/mu00b2 IV, max 18.5 mg/mu00b2 weekly; Children: Initial 2.5 mg/mu00b2 IV, max 12.5 mg/mu00b2 weekly.
Special Populations
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding; teratogenic effects.
