90/6.4 mg/kg/day in two divided doses for children 3 months and older; no data for adults.
Special Populations
- Hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Avoid in pregnancy; not recommended during breastfeeding.

- Probenecid
- Allopurinol
- Oral anticoagulants
- Methotrexate
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to amoxicillin or clavulanate
- History of jaundice with use
- Children under 3 months

- Diarrhoea
- Nausea
- Vomiting

- Maintain hydration to prevent crystalluria
