Adults: 600 mg daily (30 ml). Children: 8 mg/kg twice daily, max 600 mg.

- Renal impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation due to potential harm.

- Methadone clearance may be affected
