Dosage (summary)
u00bd - 1 dispergette daily or as directed; can be given every two days.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 10 mins, Duration: up to 14 days post-treatment.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to disulfiram
- Uncompensated cardiac failure
- Coronary artery disease
- Pregnancy

Counselling Points
- Avoid alcohol during treatment and 14 days after
- Monitor liver function
