Dosage (summary)
One drop three times daily for uveitis; for refraction, one drop twice daily for one or two days before examination.

- Tachycardia
- Constipation

- Avoid driving until vision clears
- Remove contact lenses before use
- Monitor for eye pain or irritation
Serious warnings
- Increased intraocular pressure
- CNS disorders
- Risk of hyperthermia
