    Dosage (summary)

    1 capsule (0.5 mg) orally once daily.

    Special Populations

    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Contraindicated in women; potential risk to male fetus.

    Key Drug Interactions

    • CYP3A4 inhibitors may increase dutasteride levels

    Contraindications

    • Hypersensitivity to dutasteride
    • Women
    • Children

    • Impotence
    • Dizziness
    • Altered libido
    • Ejaculation disorders
