Indication

Treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in children.

Dosage (summary)

5 days/week; 15 mg/kg Rifampicin, 10 mg/kg Isoniazid, 35 mg/kg Pyrazinamide.

Special Populations

  • Hepatic impairment
  • Renal impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Safety not established; crosses placenta and excreted in breastmilk.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to components
  • Jaundice
  • Moderate to severe renal impairment
  • Diabetes mellitus
