Not established; may increase risk of postpartum hemorrhage and withdrawal symptoms in neonates.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to duloxetine
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Severe renal impairment
- Concomitant use with MAOIs
- Children under 18 years
