60 mg once daily for adults; 30 mg once daily for mild to moderate renal impairment.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to duloxetine
  • Severe hepatic impairment
  • Advanced renal impairment
  • Concomitant use of MAOIs
  • Children under 18 years

  • Headache
  • Dry mouth
  • Somnolence
  • Dizziness

  • Avoid abrupt discontinuation
