    Dosage (summary)

    7.5 mg monthly, 22.5 mg every 3 months, 45 mg every 6 months.

    Special Populations

    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; can cause fetal harm.
