Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding; teratogenic risks.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to vismodegib
- Pregnancy
- Breastfeeding
- Non-compliance with Pregnancy Prevention Programme

- Muscle spasms
- Alopecia
- Dysgeusia
- Weight decreased
- Fatigue
- Nausea

- Use effective contraception during treatment and for 24 months after
- Notify healthcare provider of pregnancy or missed periods
- Do not donate blood or semen during and after treatment

- Embryo-foetal death
- Severe birth defects
