FILORYX 5: 5 mg once daily; FILORYX 20: 20 mg prior to sexual activity.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not indicated for women; avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

- Alpha-adrenergic blockers
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to tadalafil
- Severe hepatic insufficiency
- Use of organic nitrates
- History of NAION
- Hearing loss

- Dizziness
- Flushing
- Dyspepsia
