- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; pregnancy must be excluded before treatment.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to triptorelin
- Pregnancy
- Lactation

- Headache
- Abortion
- Dysmenorrhoea
- Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome
- Injection site inflammation

- Monitor for allergic reactions
- Self-injection technique training required
- Use non-hormonal contraception during therapy
