    Indication

    Dosage (summary)

    1500 mg IV every 4 weeks or 10 mg/kg every 2 weeks depending on indication.

    Special Populations

    • Elderly (u2265 65 years)
    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Not recommended during pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding during treatment and for 3 months after.
