- Nelfinavir
- Atazanavir
- Clopidogrel
- Digoxin
- Phenytoin
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to omeprazole
- Concomitant use with nelfinavir
Common side effects
- Headache
- Abdominal pain
- Constipation
- Diarrhoea
- Nausea
Counselling Points
- Take before meals
- Monitor for signs of hypomagnesaemia
- Avoid alcohol
Serious warnings
- Risk of hypomagnesaemia
- Increased risk of fractures
- Potential for Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhoea
