Indication
Symptomatic treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and acute sciatica.
Dosage (summary)
Max 15 mg daily; start with 7.5 mg for elderly or at risk.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; may impair fertility.

- Increased effects of anticoagulants
- Increased plasma lithium levels
- Increased haematological toxicity of methotrexate
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to LOXIFLAM
- Renal failure
- Severe hepatic failure
- Gastrointestinal bleeding
- Children under 12
