Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: 8 mg IV/IM before treatment; may follow with oral ondansetron 8 mg every 12 hours.
Special Populations
- Elderly patients
- Children over 4 years
- Patients with hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in first 12 weeks of pregnancy and during lactation.
