6 mg subcutaneously, at least 24 hours after chemotherapy.

Not recommended during pregnancy; insufficient data on breastfeeding.

- Hypersensitivity to pegfilgrastim or excipients

- Bone pain
- Musculoskeletal pain
- Hypersensitivity reactions

- Avoid use in pregnancy without contraception

- Capillary leak syndrome
