    Indication

    Reduction of neutropenia duration and febrile neutropenia incidence in chemotherapy patients.

    Dosage (summary)

    6 mg subcutaneously, at least 24 hours after chemotherapy.

    Special Populations

    • Paediatric population
    • Renal impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Not recommended during pregnancy; insufficient data on breastfeeding.

    • Chemotherapy agents
    • Lithium

    Contraindications

    • Hypersensitivity to pegfilgrastim or excipients

    Common side effects

    • Bone pain
    • Musculoskeletal pain
    • Hypersensitivity reactions
