Indication
Used for muscle relaxation during surgical procedures.
Dosage (summary)
Adults: 0.15 mg/kg for intubation; maintenance 0.03 mg/kg. No dose adjustment for elderly or renal/hepatic impairment.

Onset: 2 mins, Duration: 20-30 mins

- Avoid use in patients with known hypersensitivity

- Respiratory muscle paralysis
