Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: 30 mg once daily; 30 mg twice daily for integrase-resistant patients.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in first trimester; use with caution in second and third trimesters.

- Hypersensitivity to dolutegravir
- Severe hepatic impairment
