Indication
Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and other chronic fibrosing ILDs.
Dosage (summary)
150 mg every 12 hours; 100 mg if 150 mg is not tolerated.
Special Populations
- Elderly patients
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; breastfeeding not recommended.

- Potent P-gp inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole)
- Potent P-gp inducers (e.g., rifampicin)
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to nintedanib or excipients
- Pregnancy

- Diarrhoea
- Nausea

- Increased hepatic enzymes

- Take with food and swallow whole.
