Indication
Severe or intractable pain, pre- and post-operative medication.
Dosage (summary)
Adults: 0.5-1.0 ml every 4 hours; Elderly: initial dose not exceeding 0.5 ml.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Crosses placenta and excreted in breast milk; caution advised.
