Dosage (summary)
40 mg once daily for ulcers and reflux; 20 mg for mild GORD.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 2 weeks, Duration: 4-8 weeks

- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to unknown risks.

- HIV protease inhibitors
- Warfarin
- Methotrexate

- Hypersensitivity to pantoprazole
- Severe liver impairment
- Children
