500 mg/mu00b2 IV infusion over 10 mins on day 1 of each 21-day cycle.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Avoid in pregnancy; discontinue breastfeeding during treatment.

- Concomitant yellow fever vaccine
