Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to esomeprazole
- Concomitant use with atazanavir and nelfinavir

- Headache
- Dizziness
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea
- Diarrhoea

- Take whole with liquid; do not chew
- Report any unusual symptoms
- Monitor for signs of kidney issues
Serious warnings
- Risk of acute interstitial nephritis
- May increase risk of gastrointestinal infections
